Wow, what a great deal for Morgan Stanley! They get paid a huge fee, cover the company with a strong buy for 21 days and then downgrade to a neutral.

$5 million bucks in fees for 21 days, not bad Chuckie. i guess he's worried about SAP and PSFT.
