Hi Steven,

How do I get an investors package for Titan? I'm very interested in the company, and I'm currently waiting until they get a NASDAQ listing. It is interesting to note that a US$100 investment into Harley Davidson during their IPO in 1986 would be worth more than US$4,000 today, I'm not saying that Titan could duplicate that, but even getting a small percentage of that return would be BIG.

If anyone was interested in the Norton IPO:
Symbol: NRN - American Stock Exchange
IPO Information: 3,000,000 shares @ US$5.50 to US$6.50
Underwriter: Dirks & Company
Shares Outstanding after IPO: 11.61 million
Finances: US$2.9m in debt repayments, US$5m in components and assembly, US$4.2m working capital

Major Shareholder: Aquilini Investment Group of Vancouver (sold the Norton trademark and assest to NRN for shares)
Engine Designer: Al Melling (worked for Ferrari and others)

Price Ranger for Bikes: US$10,000 to US$35,000
Flagship Bike: Norton Nemesis, a V8 powered, magnesium /aluminum / carbon fiber cycle with a claimed top speed of 225mph (good luck)

I know that the Norton name carries alot of weight but they are making some pretty wild claims. A V8 engine in a bike? Magnesium frame? 225mph? The fastest mass production bikes are at least 20 mph under 200! I wish them luck, because they are going to need it.

Cheers,

Kent
