I guess my main question about the deal is: Which part of the business was sold to Royal Bank and which was still retained? Has the deal gone thru? Are the assets of the new company built into the share price? Do you feel the additional options and/or shares Royal Bank acquired of SFNB would hold the price down? Still think its a very strong play, but trying to cover all angles. Thanks.
