I am not saying he is wrong, short term. I may go lower, my faith in APCO is based more on a longer term outlook. The next earnings report, which will be out the end of July should be solid, I suspect it will come above the $.11 per share this estimated. With that, the stock is more fairly valued in the $12 to $13 range. But the real acceleration should come as the third and fourth quarter earnings reports come out. The additional contracts APCO has picked up will really begin to contribute about that time.

So, my thought is $18 to $20 by April of 99, given that, it is a great bargain now and if it does go to $8, I will be singing the praises ever louder and trying figure out where to get more money to put in.

See ya,
Jack
