Sal,
Todays volume of 612,000 were both buys and sells. Buys probably
outnumered the sales because the price increased today. Let's
say there was 350,000 buys. Using these numbers, it would
take 12 to 13 days for all of the shorts to cover. If it were all
buys for 7 days, there's no telling what the share price would end up
being. Am I looking at something wrong?
The point that I'm trying to make is, we have an extreme situation.
If good news does come about matridigm, people shorting Zitel will
be forced to cover. Shorting a stock with this much short interest
is very dangerous. I see nothing wrong with shorting a stock.
But not at this stage.
