Bill, The best thing about the Nomai announcement is that it addresses the recent lousy perceptions of IOM. The agreement with Nomai does a lot to remove the fears of litigation and the effectiveness of the patents. The 21M is a small price to pay if it buys confidence (and it gets technology and, perhaps, a European supplier in the bargain).
