Beam is still volatile. I would hold and wait to buy more based on multiple shareholder suits and questionable Lens Express. Rumors of VISX buyout are also questionable.

Since the CEO is acting...the same board is in place...dunno what the article really means. It could be good and a conciliation but it could have flushed some shorts out. I would be patient for awhile till a press release confirms the news story. Just my opinion and I own Beam so I may be biased. Suggest you do your homework on this one.
