Hey here is how it works as far as I understand it. The license for the casino can not go into effect until the have the lease to the facility signed. Ross is now working on this Once that happens they can get the license for the casino. the one unknown of all this is how fast will the government work to get them the license. a Third party told me back in Nov. that the facility they have is beautiful lets hope it has stayed that way and that they can get it open i also understand they have well connected partners in Venz. I know from Biff that Ross is getting his mining Co up and running I hope that works out. I hope he can have the same experience with Castello. Hangin in with CCCZ The Baron
