NEWS RELEASE: Revere Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc. Sign Prepaid Calling Card Agreements

Revere Communications Inc. has signed three new agreements with TELUS
Communications Inc., aimed at developing their prepaid calling card
businesses. These agreements support the aggressive development and
penetration of prepaid calling card markets, utilizing the respective
strengths of both organizations.
The first of the three agreements is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
platform agreement, making Revere the supplier for newly developed TELUS
prepaid calling card traffic. Revere's platform will provide TELUS with a
state of the art, modular environment for interactive prepaid calling card
offerings
The second agreement is a distribution arrangement, allowing Revere the
ability to promote and distribute prepaid card products for TELUS. The
agreement harnesses the sales, marketing and promotional strengths of
Revere's business channels for the implementation of TELUS prepaid calling
card programs.
A revised Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) has also been signed to provide
guidance to both parties as they develop and investigate opportunities in
the prepaid calling card industry. A joint management committee with equal
representation from both companies will facilitate growth and development
of the relationship.
Given the rapid evolution of today's telecommunication market, these
agreements give both organizations the flexibility they require to address
the ongoing needs of market development.

Revere has not renewed the contract of Bill McCormack as of June 1, 1998.
Appointed President of Revere is Pierre Van Neste and Danny Alex is
appointed CEO of the Company.
