So what? Wall street doesn't seem to mind. Why should I? All the
money and effort that was going to patent fights can now be redirected
towards the bottom line. And at the same time, they get rid of
something that had the potential to destroy the company.

IOM will not be fixed today, tomorrow, next month or maybe even this year. BUT, this news removes one of several major hurdles that IOM faces.

Bottom line: The future of IOM is a little brighter today than it was yesterday.
