Caveat Emptor! Mr. Gintel did not just buy 500,000 shares. The report is essentially a change in his net position since he fist filed his 13-G.

Many of the 500,000 shares were presumably purchased at higher prices. While Mr. Gintel has owned many fine investments, like all of us he has also had his share of losers.

This one, at least until otherwise proven remains in the later group.
