Ok the new Transfer Agent : Signature Stock Transfer is in the process of transfering the account ... Now it may be a few days before the new TA is up to speed. I have tried to call but that is not where I think the issue is... I think it is John Spriggs and what he has. As far as acquiring Nova Gaz that is another Dan Fisher corporation. I do not think we really want to go there do we. As far as going after Dan we are and I do not think we need Nova Gaz as a part of it. .... Nova Gaz is a private company and have a lawsuit against Dan Already from my understanding. Presently to my knowledge no one has the rights to the original patents. I have to acknowledge Bill Burton on the DD of the patents .... Just waiting patiently as things develop and an 8K I have been told has been filed but I have not been able to pull it up yet. GB
