The advisory panel RECOMMENDED clearance last month. The full FDA can act on that recommendation anytime thereafter; the time frame is unpredictable, and I'm not aware of anything specific to be announced tomorrow. They usually, but not always, follow the advisory panel's advice. ( For example, the panel voted against CORR's heart drug, yet the FDA approved it anyway ).
