No I do not work for Goldman Sachs. I think we can agree to disagree on this matter. I will leave out the nuts and lunch money remarks.

My points are,

1- A $370 million valuation on a two year old company doesn't sound to me like it was obvious they would get more.

2- They only gave up a total of 11% of their equity on the offering.

3- Maybe the market has jumped the gun by giving it close to a one billion market cap.

4- Had they tried to give it a one billion market cap from the start they may have not had a successful offering. Remember that the market was very weak those days.

If you feel very strongly about this matter (and I understand your points) then you should write the company and try to enlighten them. Maybe they will decide to take action.
