Lisa, We already broke out and set new highs amongst the majority of indexes - I probably did not understand your question. I am still sticking to my position that the key to higher highs is a stronger improvement in the market internals, with broadening the scope of this rally to include the small caps. The internals really have not improved alot, although slightly better. Volume is relatively lighter and the new highs/lows are close to even. As I indicated previously if the internals dont improve substantially then I am still seeing a strong down of 1-2 days (negative 100-200 pts) very soon with the decline starting WED/THUR. The initial big drop will also only be the beginning. Seeya
