Shrinks to .18micron and beyond 300 mm some massively popular innovation which triples chip demand overnight. Takeover: AMAT highlighted its lack of a Photolithography product in its last annual report. SVGI, ASMLF and UTEK are candidates to fill that hole. Hurting stop: Which will hurt more? Seeing SVGI languish for another quarter or so or watching it double after you sell? I accept that this is not very helpful, but there really aren't helpful answers to your questions at this time.
