Thanks for the information. It helped clear up some of my concern. Essentially, it looks as though Haran has no current role with CADE, and thus has no inside information. As such, his recent sales look to be based on no more information then the average investor would have who does solid DD, which you obviously have done.

Now if I could just figure out Molly Cade! My concern is that if she continues to dump her shares on the market, it will continue to deflate prices given CADE's low float.
