One would hope.

But that still is not clear. If entire find can be extracted from adjacent property, it's just another swampland.

So please point me to the real estate agent that has assessed this property (or the town tax officials who want their pound of flesh).

Real estate doesn't escalate into my pocketbook until there is a buyer to pay the price.

To read your keen mind, you may now suggest that is the content of the soon to be announced press releases this week.
