Mike - I make no assumptions that you folks AGAINST lack sophistication as mentioned in your post. I simply seek a debate about price. I mentioned ISLI's lack of profitability as a hard fact and a point of debate.

Your reply did not state any reasons why ISLI deserve a higher price. I remain keen to get views as to why they do - ideally supported by facts.

I'm a MIFGY shareholder living near their facility in Newbury.

Their AGM is historically mid-June. They have yet to issue a date for this year. Will they hold an AGM during the 90-day offer period?? I've asked - but have yet to get a reply from the company.
