What makes you think it includes ECS. It doesn't say it includes ECS. Also, look at IGC. They had projected EPS of 20 cents. Now with 35% less shares in the float, it is 27 cents. Now, all future earnings will be eaten up by 35% less shares!!! This news is huge!!! Please show me where ECS is included?
