Yes, I would say that 100M is bloated. Assets such as a building I believe are depreciated whereas leases are a full write-off. Nevertheless, I still maintain that a fair price would fetch a buyer. Scott's Valley simply is not that far out of the way for a lot of Silicon Valley employees. In fact I know of scores who drive 17 everyday to get to the valley! I would say it would make a helluva a shopping center if it could be converted! I use Cisco and Sun as an example only. Cisco especially has no problem owning their buildings or land. It's all in how you want to manipulate the bottom line.
