Mavs, those articles are already old. 300 chips are now the LOW-end. Intel will be selling 300-450 Celeron and PIIs in 2H98 at very low prices. How will AMD keep up???? I bet they can't. Expect a serious cut-back in production and costs, and AMD looking for a suitor. I bet you Jerry bails out before the humiliation of going around on his knees with his tail between his legs begging for someone to bail out AMD <ggg> Jerry was very foolish to try and take-on Intel by increasing volumes and this will become apparent VERY SOON. <ggg>
