Henry: No thanks to your medical advice. Smart ID cards are in the works. They have been planned and proposed. Chips are presently being inserted in dogs and cats for identification & historical purposes. That is today. I don't know if these are planned for people, but today's computer age has made it possible to keep extensive files on everything including humans. What is possible today may be probable tomorrow, don't you agree? Phil
