I believe there are at least two people who are overstepping their boundaries with their posts to this BB. These boundaries have been set by the governing bodies regulating the industries these two have chosen as their profession. There is little doubt (if any) that Auric is one. Auric, you need to arrange a long conference with your firm's legal counsel. Your violations are numerous and your firm could be held just as liable as you. Give them the internet address here and ask them to review your posts. YOU WON'T, BECAUSE YOUR FIRM WOULD TERMINATE YOU SOOOO FAST YOUR HEAD WOULD SPIN!!!
The regulations of correspondence are clearly defined. You are violating nearly everyone of them. If you are not, why are you afraid to give your name and your firm's name? If you're clean, you have nothing to hide. If you're dirty, you have everything to hide. Why else would you continue your slimly tactics and remain in hiding? Charlene, you need to be very careful, too! Your industry is heavily regulated and if you happen to hold the right license (or wrong, depending on which side of the fence you sit on), you too are in violation. Regulators don't like these type of anonymous public correspondence (regarding a specific listed security) coming from industry (securities industry) insiders, especially when it appears that you and Auric may be involved in an attempt to manipulate the market for personal and/or professional gain. I know you're both aware of the games you play, but the ramifications are HUGE!!
I have not directly contacted the SEC and NASD yet, but every inflammatory post of Auric's pushes me closer and closer to filing a formal complaint against him/her and the associated firm. My file of supporting documentation is huge! I know there are many just waiting for an excuse to follow this lead.
Charlene isn't as close as Auric to having a formal complaint filed against her, but the options remain open if the inflammatory posts continue. IMO, Charlene would be wise to take the short drive to Shelby's/AENG's facility and check out the company herself. Making inflammatory statements about a topic she knows little about, isn't wise. But, honestly, I don't believe she's that far away from becoming a convert.
The facts remain...........The engine is for real. The potential profitability of this company is massive. The companies wanting a piece of the OX2 engine are giants in their respective industries.... And the list goes on.........
