Ian, any information on the MIFGY annual meeting will be appreciated. The delay could be linked to the acquisition which means it may be in jeopardy. That is why the spread is so big plus the Arbs may still be shorting MIFGY due to this spread. As an aside, if the deal does not go through the Arbs will immediately unwind their positions putting extreme pressure on ISLI so the short term risk factor is high. The fact that MIFGY seems not to want to make any comment is troublesome. Is this normal for them? Assume that what you heard from FYI is correct (he has been very accurate in the past) how do you view this merger from a MIFGY perspective? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
