I remember reading somewhere that a CDMA system is operating in Korea as well as one state in the US (PA I believe). Have you heard different? What makes you believe that CDMA technology won't work. I also see it very positive that Nextwave has contracts with so many other big established companies, MCI, Hughes, Lucent etc. These companies must have a good knowledge of the technology and would not have signed up to do business with Nextwave if they believed the technology would not work. Also, any word on when the FCC licence will be issued. The article in the WSJ last week said the FCC was investigating a complaint from a competitor. Tom
