but by the libertarian ommission (which is very much correct here) it does violate yours and everyone elses rights. compare the crime rate and its relation to drug use, the correlation is obvious. this is a collective problem and cancer on society, not an individual right issue. ok, one down to earth example, drugs are legal and your neighbor and a bunch of friends are sitting out on the porch torching the proverbial crack pipe while your kids are playing kickball in the front yard. should this not be construed as infringing on your individual rights?
