It's been posted at a least a dozen times that Nasdaq sets the ex-date, and if one does not own the shares on the ex-date than they do NOT I repeat do NOT get the dividend, even if they were SOR on 5-29-98. The ex-date could/should be 5-29-98, but it may not be. If one hasn't sold then they are 100% guaranteed to get the dividend. We've been thru this before. Also there could be be aditional 10% dividend on the MIDLP shortly. Kurt
