Bill,

Glucatrol is the most commonly used medication in patients with diabetes mellitis. It is an oral medication used when diabetes is first detected and not too severe. Cases which do not respond to Glucotrol will have to go to insulin injections. A new time released version of Glucotrol has recently been released.
