CTI is preparing the responses this week, they will then be turned over to the attorneys. It took their attorneys several weeks to finalize their responses last time. Each CTI has submitted their responses the SEC has come back with questions in about 3-4 weeks. Based upon the number of questions they received this time around they should receive (at minimum) one more round of questions and more probably 2 more.

So 1-2 weeks for the attorneys to submit, 3-4 weeks for the SEC to respond, then another 2-3 weeks for CTI to respond to a third round of questions and then 3-4 weeks for the SEC to either grant fully reporting status or submit more questions, that would be the soonest.I can tell you one thing I've learned over the years, things always take longer than you expect a first blush.

I've read the Raging Bull site and I can certainly tell you there is a lot of 'Bull' being spread over there about the company. The one bad thing about people that 'Hype' a company is that investors get frustrated and angry when the hype doesn't happen, in the time frames they promise. When the promises don't happen people sell the stock and usually don't come back.

If you are a 'Investor' you should focus on the L.T. potential of the company not what is going to be the next news release or what the current hype is from some penny stock broker.By the way who doesn't know that the company is waiting for the fully reporting status, so will it effect the stock as much as everybody expects when it finally happens ? Remember the street adage "buy the rumor - sell the fact". I mention this because I believe there are to many S.T. players that may be disappointed if the stock doesn't make a big run on the news. This company has a tremendous potential and should be looked at as a company you want to hold for a minimum of 3-5 years in my opinion. If people are looking for a quick pop in the next month or so it's not going to happen unless the company makes a sale to a foreign hospital.

Everyone needs to step back and ask themselves why they have invested in this company and if they are an investor or speculator. Do your homework and make an educated investment, good luck to everyone.
