The bumper sticker says "When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns." And terrorist law enforcement people too though. Hitler outlawed guns before he began his harrassment and arrest and murder of people. On the day he did it he said "Now all Germans will be safe". When the govt is your safety net, Look out.
