John, thank you very much for clearing that up for all of us! I will certainly not take as 'gospel truth' anything else that I read in 'The Cheap Investor' in the future. It is so difficult to weed out hype from truth sometimes.

I was glad to hear that you believe Fonar win on appeal. Since you are an attorney and have done appellate work in the past, I'm sure many of us would be curious as to why you believe they will win. Also, how do you view Fonars' attempt to overturn trial judges decision not to award Fonar the entire $110 million the jury originally awarded Fonar? Does Fonar have a strong argument? Which will carry more weight with the appellate judges, the original jury opinion and award or the trial judge who overrulled them on part of the decision?
