You got II exactly right. Also they never take into account technical analysis in making buy or sell decisions. The fact that CMGI broke through its high right when the market reversed shows that there is more upside in the stock. They don't even look at this and will probably continue to issue a sell. This is not new to II. They told people to sell THRX before it doubled from when they said to sell.
Since they only have about 2 stocks in their whole portfolio that have done really well, they again are limiting their potential...LU broke out recently and they rate it hold, and same with CMGI which also broke out rating it a sell. I'd say they need to go back to school on reading charts.
