I just got time to respond as I have been busy since last Thursday. By sticking to our guns we got a new board member-this is a good thing. Thal has many connections both for IME and financially.
Had a call from Byron Loewan just stating his position. He said that he found out that the gasifier ATU was selling was 10 year old technology and had to find new technology-went to Sweden to find it. To get a contract from HOTAB to sell gasification for 40 years exclusively to NAFTA members is unbelievable. HOTAB is what is going to carry us into the future. The new technology has been in place at ATU only since Feb. and he expects big things in not too long a future. They have about I believe he said 100 different gasifier systems.
They are trying to get more margin at IME and hope to get contracts into the $12M area this year. I mentioned the stock price and he felt they were working on some items presently that should take care of that concern.
Then today I see some idiot from Green Line sells 500 shares at 10 cents. That is $50 minus fees at $29=$21. He did not do it to make money. I wonder what his motives were?
Now that the AGM is over we should be supporting management not throwing away our stock. Let them have another year and if they can't fix it we then have to let them know a little stronger next AGM.
