jury tampering case
The woman was never asked. She was charged with not giving information that she was not asked.
Also a "jury of your peers" seems to me to mean that she would have been perfect for the jury.

And there is another in Alaska now. I will see if I can find it. It is no longer safe to be on a jury. EVen though the judge himself should be telling the jury about "fully informed jury" or "jury nullification".
If we cant judge the law, we're really screwed, you know. We should notuphold a law that is immoral.
