re so terorist threats are ok? The problem is (and you probably know this) that even the Libertarian Party may one day be called "terrorist". Have you read some of the anti-Terrorist legislation? Scary. Are they ok? Well, they arent ok. It would be nice to see if there is any truth to a particular threat, I guess, like searching a building. But I dont consider the threat itself a crime. Now, if there is a cost attached to the people who have to search the building, and the people who left the threat are found, they should pay the salaries, parts ripped apart and put back together, etc. I dont see any other method that would ensure this too is not overdone.
