A block trade of 71,700 shares at 4:18:54 (After the close) all buy at $5 31/32. I wonder why such a large trade was executed after the close. All of the other block trades today were 3,000 shares or less.

Will we hear an announcement from MYLEX soon or was this an institutional purchase for quarter end window dressing?
