SEC Filing Today:

It is a notice of request for late filing of the annual report. It was supposed to be filed by June 30, 1998. The extension is for 15 days beyond the deadline. The explanation states that the company had finalized material agreements recently which the company felt the shareholders should be informed about and therefore they needed to include them in the annual report. Contact person in regard to this notification is Tami Story (208) 634-7080. It sounds like a press release is soon around the corner.
