Although I don't predict such an acquisition by Intel, I'd bet on MRVC or Berkeley Networks. Intel already buys and OEMs equipment from MRVC. Berkeley is leveraging the Intel CPU platform by making Pentium II servers into routers via NICs and appropriate routing software. Paul
