Roger, someone on CCSI thread just said "they took it down to cross 200,000 share block. Check time and sales." Can anyone verify this?

I know I should ask what the poster meant, but thought I would ask the generally more knowledgable folks here: if the MMs took the price down to cross a large block trade, isn't that a bullish sign?
