What this trade appears to be was a cross. I would speculate that word got out this morning that someone was looking to sell a couple hundred thousand shares, and trying to get out over 14. The stock opened near 15 and began to sell off from those who got the word. These large sell orders can sometimes kick a stock down 2-3 points. By the time a buyer had been found, the bid got down below 14 probably out of fear that the seller might just let it go. It appears to have exhausted the supply and the stock rallied. I was encourage to see someone would pay 14 for such a large lock, but disappointed it didn't hold at break even for the day.
