garnishment of wages has been tried on defunct father support and has been largely unsuccessful. i have a tough time, in reality, believing a criminal is one, going to hold a job, and two, not just take off somewhere else in the country to avoid paying. not to mention it takes a huge govt beauracracy and massive individual rights infringement to tag and track these people. something to consider. as far as your view of prison, agree totally. no luxuries, except for a library. fair punishment and rehab all at the same time while not roaming around a threat to me. poet.
