I was hoping my input would get some attention, and it did. I hadn't seen any input in several days. Parlux has been able to manage quarter to quarter sales growth rates of 80% to 90%. In fact they accomplished it in the last quarter and during last year's Christmas quarter. There is only one analyst providing earnings estimates for Parlux. In the unlikely event that you have not seen them, or for others reading this thread they are:

3rd Qtr 97: .16
4th Qtr 97: .13
FY 1998: .63

With the Christmas buying off to a stellar start and the stars aligned just right with high consumer confidence, full employment, and rises in disposable income it appears that even Perfumania will have a good season. I heard a report that sales of fragrances are expected to do well in general. I think that the analysts numbers are too low. The analyst was .02 cents too high for the last quarter and maybe is toning the numbers down somewhat.

I met some cosmetic salespeople for Macy's over the weekend, and one of them even wears Perry Ellis. "Parlux is by far the best bargain I have ever had the privilege of buying" is a very strong statement. I hope you're right. Aren't you even a little bit concerned about further dilution of shares in 1997? I have not received the 2nd Qtr report. I assume that Parlux sent it to you using information from your Broker. I wish Parlux would assume more debt to finance its operations.
