I'd say those (your) views are undoubtedly some of the healthiest aired on this thread. Having said that, I personally feel that it is irresponsible of ANY company to discuss (press release) financing opportunities UNTIL they have been completed. "Wishful Thinking" is hypey at best... fraudulent at worst. Structured 504's, 144's and private placements to a greater or lesser degree exempt. I'm not saying that Masters & Co. are guilty of such activities, only that numerous - perhaps unfounded - allegations exist. Passively, BB/JS
