Isn't it important to assess how much more exposure they have to falling interest rates or do you think interest rates have fallen about as far as they can go? News item there said that they still have some ARMs in their portfolio. Also, why did they go ahead and take the hit by selling the ARMs they did? Not trying to be contrary, but to understand your perception of value here.
