Please Help Me Out.

Why is this stock trading so high ($1.50) when the following statement says that, even if they are able to restructure their debt, the stock is not going to be worth anything?

"Any such refinancing, restructuring or additional financing may entail significant equity dilution to the holders of Boston Chicken's common stock at that time. "

Why did the stock trade UP today, based on a statement like this?
