Craig,

The rumors are rampant. Apparently the most valid rumor has been the $6.00/share offer that was turned down. I continue to have significant problems with the idea that some of these rumors have more validity than others. You touched on the main problem - which rumor do you end up believing? I also think it may be much more than rumor mongering. If the status of the company is unchanged, their business plan is unchanged, and the stock price and competitiveness of the company has been adversely affected - I could see a plan to drive the price down. As I have always said, many would be very happy to see Ancor acquired for a pittance, or out of business.

George
