All, MRVC corrects share figures on the offering. Dilution 37% greater than originally reported. Not good. I can't find this news anywhere else but here: zdii.com Worst case dilution with original 3.11M shares was 11.8%. Worst case dilution with revised 4.252M shares is 16.1%. I hope one of you with a connection with management can slap these guys around. CF Rebel
