Agree.....additional mfr'g ability, avoid costly legal fees, avoid "support" headaches and claims due to drive damage from incompatible media and save mucho advertising $$$ having to educate the public about the pitfalls of the Nomai product. Should come out $$$ ahead.

Also, remember they are not buying Nomai, just a controlling interest.
They can influence policy, thru board, but they still don't have all of the downside risk of 100% ownership. Very much a strategic alliance.
