Distribution of its Shares and Warrants and the
Commencement of Trading

HOUSTON, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- JVWeb, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: JVWB - news) is pleased to announce the completion of the public distribution of certain shares of its common stock and certain of its Class A Warrants. This distribution resulted in JVWeb's becoming a public company as of May 20, 1998. JVWeb's common stock and Class A Warrants are now being traded on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol JVWB.

JVWeb, Inc. was formed to pursue electronic commerce opportunities over the Internet. Its objective is to offer products, services and advertising through joint ventures with established businesses.
